Time is running out^^시간이 달려있다!^^

시간이 달려있다!!

Hello!^^))

in just a week I will go to my favourite place...South Korea, isn't it cool??

I hope this will a very nice trip that can make my future situation become

clearer.

Aww..in some days I will start packing up, taking a plane and stay for long time

in a country from the other part of the world.

Last time I was Flying with KOREAN AIR, in my opinion it's the best one, the

food they serve of course is Korean, you can eat whatever you want, or watch

the brand new movies. Furthermore....seats are so comfortable for such long

trip.

That's all for now..I will try to write as much as possible...when I will be in

    there.

Pieces of Korea ^^) Korean night^^

Talking about culture, and since just in some days will be the kick off of an

important cultural festival

in Canada, which I saw^^ It's called "Folklorama". This is the biggest and long

lasting festival ever!

It's a nice way for foreigners that live in Canada to join and to "remember" their

origins.

When the time of Folklorama comes, Canadians go crazy, litterally!! hahahahah

All people go the see the pavillions till late night.

There are lots of pavillions, different countries pavillions, and festivals (that

usually are dances, exibithions, typical dishes ext..) from 6pm till 1am.

I went there with my cousins, and I had fun^^)) bcos I could watch the

countries festival that I was

interested the most.

I saw many many pavillions such as: Korean, Japanese, American, Irish,

Ucranian, Italian, Chinese, Punjab, Philipino extext..

But! As you imagine I want to focus on the Korean pavillion.

In this pavillion, there was Korean typical dishes, Hangul writing, some

paintings, all under the music of BigBang "Tonight" xD

Eventually, there was the final show that consisted in the "Fans Dance", very

intresting. It was really impressive, hope to see it one day in Korea.

서울의 굉장 하루 ^^ Aesome Day in Seoul^^

안녕!! Hi Everyone((^=^))

In Seoul, I met wonderful friends that as time goes by become closer and

closer. Most of people think that bcos of "different mentality and culture" can be

hard establish lasting relationships with foreigners. Well..in my case it's wrong!

Actually, in my case, I realised that Koreans aren't so different from us. Some

are shy, others are so lively and talkative kkk even more than me kkkk

So I was surprised but also happy!

I spent an amazing day with my friend that I call 언니 ^^ (in Korean it means

older sister, since she's elder than me :P) and she calls me 동생 (younger sis)

I really can't wait to meet her **

SELCA TOGETHER

When we meet, there was one of her friend that was also kind, so firstly we

went to Starbucks  (스타 벅스)  awww I love this place^^)) we chat chat chat a

lot, after 2 years without meeting we had so many things to tell each other^^

After that we went to visit the biggest and crowdest market ever, it's called

DDM (동대문시장 - Dongdaemun Market)

*But..I will talk about DDM another time ...*

Then, since we were hungry,  we deceided to eat supper at "ASHLEY

AMERICAN RESTAURANT" which is a well-known family restaurant in where u

can eat both Korean cusine and American cusine.

After dinner I was soooo full, that I could explode kkkkk

*너무 많이 먹었다*

We returned went to cafe and then...since we didn't know what to do after...it

was almost 10pm...we decided to play PocketPoll - kind or billiard. I never

played to billiard kkkk it was so fun Yayyy

but this wasn't the only time I played pocket pool. ^^

Aww spent such great night!

감사!((^^))

한강 - Han River ^^

Hi everyone,

I try to write as much as possible, bcos I'm not sure then I can write everyday

bcos I will be busy with University..ç__ç

Awesome day spent at 한강 - Hanriver, but before going there we

(오빠:friend & me) we went to cafe, shopping, restaurant, and finally HanRiver

Actually, the idea didn't make me feel surprised, bcos I used to see it simply as

plain river with nothing so see or to do. But! I imagined wrongly...well..let's talk

later about that :)

We begun the day going shopping, first at Gangnam Station, 8 Seconds,

Zara...even though I was more interested go to Guess (게스)

*one of my bad point is that there is a brand in which I'm not fond of, I avoid even to see it*

Gosh..but nevertheless..It was pretty good day^^))

After that, bcos of very very hot weather, went to ATwosome Place (my

favourite cafe for smoothies)  in there we tried the Blueberry and

Blackberry Ice-Cream. The presentation of it was sooo

huge, kkkkk it was a very big cup full of crushed ice, then,  ice cream with fruit

topping.

yummy :3 This is called 빙수, about 9,800won. (10$)

Inside of Cafe ^3^

BEFORE

HALF WAY KKKK

Then, it was almost dinner time..so we decided to eat at a Restaurant nearby,

there we both took 냉면 (Naeng-myeong) Cold noodles very tasty and fresh^^

But!!!! extremely spicy, as hell, full of 고추 (gochu =spicy red pepper sauce)

It was miracle if I didn't spit fire kkkkkk

At around 9 or 10pm we walked till HanRiver ^^ quite crowded, people

everywhere, who was lying on the grass or who was sitting on the border of the

river drinking beer^^

Moreover, we were also lucky that there was kind of music festival, so there was

a lively atmosphere^^

I discovered that it's not just a simple park, but includes football pitches,

skateboarding parks, tennis and basketball courts, swimming pools, workout

stations, and last but not least it's perfect place for biking.

During day is not such impressive as it is at night! Nightime is

really ...speachless and of course with all those lights very romantic^^))

There are cafes, an italian restaurant, which quality is unknown :p  but they

have a good architectural shape.

We stayed there for long time to see even some fireworks..awwwww extremely

great night^^))

All that glitters ain't gold ^^ Seoul bad point.

Hello^^ 안녕^^

As it said : " all that glitters ain't gold"  Seoul don't have only positive points. All

countries don't have

just positive aspects, but also bad ones. There are some cities which have lots

of cons, and those with lots of pros. According to my experience, Seoul have

little cons...and one of that is in my

opinion.... ITAEWON  (이태원)

Have a look! Doesn' t it look like a mosque???

Itawon is the real meltin pot of culture, full of nightlife, foreign restaurants, but

in my opinion is the

most dangerous place in Seoul, the main causa can be of course the presence of

the U.S. soldiers.

At night they go out, get drunk and then they can cause messes around.

And from what my Korean friends told me, it also has a red light district (Hooker

Hill :Grand Ole Oprey  - one of club in there) tons of clubs  attended buy 100%

foreigners ...so...well..like Amesterdam..maybe...

First time I went to Itaewon, I was in there with a Korean friend, and just

outside the subway I felt a

strange atmosphere...not good impression! I didn't feel safe. Acutally I would p

refer hangin' out in

Hongdae than in here,U will see lots lots of foreigners: Muslims, Indians,

American, Chinese, Japanese all put together xD

When I was in there we took the chance to eat lunch at a French restaurant,

called "Le Saint Ex" in Yongsan.

Not bad cusine though, and if you want to see their website just go to :

http://www.lesaintex.kr/

Byeeeee see ya to the next post! ^^

카페 애완 - Cat cafe

In Seoul there isn't just the normal and common cafes, but even Cats and Dogs cafes^^)) I

love animal so much, especially dogs >3<

Since in Korea apartments are too small for "hosting" pets, not everyone can have them,

these cafes are the best solutions. In there people study, chat, or play laptops while

cuddling their fave pet^^ Isn't it cool?

Walking through Seoul's streets u can see lots of these cafes, in different areas,

and not only with cats, but also with fishes, etx..

I went to both dogs & cats cafes, with friends, in Gangnam Station. I was

worried that dogs could  barking or be too much lively  ><  but! It's was so good, and cute

puppies were so cuddling @.@

Let's begin explaining about the cat cafe " ATTIC CAFE", I went there with my 언니

( Korean friend)  ^=^))

since she also was curious about that cafe, so we decided to go there for playing with cats

(even though a cat scratched me TT TT)

Before going inside the cafe you'll need to take off your shoes, and wear a pair of slippers...this kind

Next step is order drinks

Then..you can cuddle ur puppies ^=^

TT TT This cat bitten me XS
Here is the DO and DON'Ts of the cafe
